We know that exams can be a stressful time for both students and parents. Emotions run high, and the uncertainty of exam performance looms large.
In order to support your child’s mental health and academic achievement, Windsor Academy Trust have put together some evidenced-based strategies outlined in the below document.
Students will be given an assembly regarding this and encouraged to talk to their parents about the techniques and how they serve them well from a wellbeing and academic point of view.
